Kevin Rudd's return to being Prime Minister has been described as rewinding the clock 3 years.¹ Julia Gillard never told the Australian people, but there were 2 reasons why Kevin Rudd was deposed as Prime Minister. First, the Australian Labor Party doubted his ability to win the next election. Second, Mr Rudd was unable to work as a team member.² “There is little doubt Rudd has worked to destabilise the government.”² During the time between his Prime Ministerships there was a constant battle between him and the then current leader of the Labor Party.³ ⁴

Kevin Rudd is the first Australian Prime Minister to go to an election promising to support “marriage equality” (otherwise stated as same-sex or homosexual marriage).⁶ ⁷ ⁸ Kevin Rudd promised he will fast-track (support the legislation in the first 100 days of the Parliament) homosexual marriage if re-elected.⁹ ¹⁰

“Don't you know that evil people won't have a share in the blessings of God's kingdom? Don't fool yourselves! No one who is immoral or worships idols or is unfaithful in marriage or is a pervert or behaves like a homosexual will share in God's kingdom. Neither will any thief or greedy person or drunkard or anyone who curses and cheats others. Some of you used to be like that. But now the name of our Lord Jesus Christ and the power of God's Spirit have washed you and made you holy and acceptable to God.””¹¹

Although the real question is: “Who is the best candidate in my electorate?” It is often difficult to discern the true character of the local candidates, making the question: “Who would make the better Prime Minister?” a valid one.
